Our Statistical Investigations

In maths lately, we have been looking at sorting things out (or Statistics). We asked some questions like "What is the most popular ice cream flavour in Room 5?" and "What is the most popular colour in Room 5?" and had to gather all the answers together. This was our information. Then we asked, "What could we do with this information?" We had to sort all the answers out to find the answer to our question. We put all the answers on a graph so we could see the result clearly and quickly in a display.

We found out that the most popular colour was red, followed closely by orange and purple.
